In November 2024, Taisei Philippine Construction, Inc. marked another significant milestone in its partnership with Maruichi Philippines Steel Tube Inc. with the ground-breaking ceremony for Maruichi’s New Warehouse Building at the Lima Technology Center in Lipa City, Batangas. This event follows TPCI’s successful completion of Maruichi’s former facilities and highlights the ongoing trust and partnership between the two companies.

The ceremony, which included an invocation, a blessing of the site, and the official ground-breaking, was attended by key representatives from Taisei Philippine Construction, Inc., Maruichi Philippines Steel Tube Inc., the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), LIMA Land Inc.  and other notable organizations.

The new warehouse project underscores the continued growth of Maruichi in the region, with Taisei at the helm as the trusted contractor for their expansion. The event was a testament to the strong collaboration between the two companies and their shared commitment to the region’s industrial development.

To cap off a successful 2024, Taisei Philippine Construction, Inc. (TPCI) hosted another memorable Year-End Party at Dusit Thani Manila. With a theme of Pastel, the event was a perfect blend of soft, colorful hues and a lively atmosphere full of joy, camaraderie, and a strong sense of achievement. Japanese Executives and Filipino employees casually socialized and shared in the fun, as the party became a special occasion to not only celebrate milestones but also to honor the hard work and dedication of every team member. With great food, entertainment, and plenty of cheers, the night was a beautiful blend of cultures, successes, unforgettable memories and strong partnership.

Demonstrating our commitment to employee wellness, TPCI launched an initiative to provide healthier food choices for our staff. In collaboration with our esteemed partner, DENSO AgriTech Solutions, Inc., TPCI recently distributed fresh, locally sourced cherry tomatoes. These nutritious snacks, cultivated directly from DENSO’s high-quality agricultural operations, offer a delicious and wholesome option. This initiative supports sustainable eating habits by promoting fresh, local produce. We believe these simple, yet impactful choices, can significantly enhance overall health at work, easily fitting into daily meals or enjoyed as a refreshing standalone treat.

To ensure quality and understand their innovative practices, a TPCI representative visited the DENSO AgriTech Facility in Ibaan, Batangas. This firsthand experience provided valuable insights into the advantages of integrating cutting-edge technology with sustainable farming methods. The visit reinforced our confidence in DENSO’s exceptional produce and their environmental consciousness, solidifying our crucial partnership.
